These terms govern the use of Memogadget Assist on the web and in its associated applications.
Accounts and companies
Users must provide accurate data, protect credentials and grant team access only to authorised people. Each company administrator is responsible for assigned permissions.
Features
The service brings together customer-configured channels and may analyse messages, suggest replies, support tasks and provide automations. Channel availability depends on each provider.
Artificial intelligence
AI analyses and replies are suggestions and may be inaccurate. Unless an automation was explicitly enabled, users must review the recipient and content before sending.
Credits and payments
AI operations use credits as shown in the platform. Prices, taxes and included credits are displayed before purchase. Third-party channels may have separate charges.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for fraud, spam, harassment, rights violations, unauthorised access or unlawful data processing.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but external integrations may be interrupted. Material changes will be communicated through available channels.
