This policy explains how Memogadget Assist processes the data required to provide its unified inbox, AI features and the integrations selected by each company.
Controller and contact
The service is operated by Memogadget. Privacy, access, correction or deletion requests can be sent to comercial@memogadget.com.
Data we process
We may process registration and billing data, company and team data, channel settings, synced messages and attachments, AI instructions, technical logs, credit usage and account security data.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to create and protect accounts, provide the contracted service, sync authorised channels, generate analyses and reply suggestions, process payments, provide support and meet legal duties.
Integrations and AI
Google, Meta and other channels are connected only by an authorised user. We request only the permissions required. Content sent to AI providers is limited to what is needed for the requested feature.
Retention and security
We retain data for the duration of the service and applicable legal periods. We use company separation, access controls, encrypted communications and security logging.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, portability, restriction or deletion of your data and withdraw applicable consent. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority.
